Does Rengar top feel a little too abusive to anyone? He fits the role of jungler extremely well, yet he's also able to top lane by abusing a clearly unintended mechanic. Mayhaps a change to his brush hopping that puts a cooldown on it, similar to Talon but on a much shorter time limit. Seems like it would limit his strength in top lane without really affecting his ganking. Just my thoughts, would love to hear Riot's opinion on it.

PhearBunny1 votesIt can be really oppressive, BUT, it is very predictable and easy to take advantage of if your jungler payed attention and realizes there is a Rengar top, AKA a Rengar that will always be overextended because he wants to sit in bushes. to utilize his passive.
