You shouldn't pay much attention to team composition in soloQ and specifically in silver elo AS LONG AS you're confident you can play carry games playing specific champs. However if you wanna adapt your pick according to your team composition the ideal situation to pick a "carry" jungler such as
is when you have an AP mid laner and a tanky top laner with hard engage, you can still pick him otherwise but you then you should be looking to snowball and close out games ASAP since your teamfighting will greatly suffer at later stages of the game, else you should pick an AP jungler or a tank yourself.
Maokai on the other hand is a safer pick since he isn't snowball reliant at all yet still an effective ganker and can be picked into any team comp and does scale well into the lategame with his innate tankiness/hard engage/utility.
Now no matter what you pick your main goal as a jungler is to heavily focus on getting your bot lane ahead early on since it's currently the key lane to winning most games but ganking others is fine if the opportunity calls it.
Your objective priority should be something like: T1 bot lane tower (if it's FB tower try to give the solo gold to your adc) > drake (if you know where the enemy jungler is and are sure it won't be contested) then move on to top lane and play around top lane t1 tower and Rift Herald. Afterwards you keep rotating according to your team and/or splitpush sidelanes, never waste too much time afking farming jungle creeps especially if you're already ahead.
I assume with these games on Kha'Zix you already know stuff like jungle pathing and item builds (and if not you can check yt guides and/or the proper league-related subbreddits).
Feel free to ask anything further and good luck reaching Gold.
