League won't open

I'm using a mac at the latest software. I've tried reinstalling league multiple times, it opens once, updates and then after I close it, it won't open again. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can fix it?

Ok so guys I found a temporary fix I think. So I was looking into the contents of league and when I opened it I realized that something was edited in the configuration. Open up the configurations folder and drag "LeagueClientSettings.yaml" out. This seems to be causing the problem because after it's out of the configuration league opens and works. Once again this is not a guaranteed or permanent fix, but it worked for me as of right now. I am using Macintosh so I'm not so sure about windows.

To do this go to your finder and head to applications. Scroll around until to see the league of legends icon and right click it. There should be an option to "Show Package Contents" and then click on that. Then open the folder titled "lol" and find the folder titled "Configurations". The stupid corrupt LeagueClientSettings.yaml should be there and drag that and only that out.

THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEED FIX ONCE AGAIN I REPEAT IT JUST WORKED FOR ME!!! JUST NOT ON THE NEW CLIENT MINE IS STILL OLD FROM ANOTER ACCOUNT I HAD NOT UPDATE
