Hello,

I was playing fine like usual, having fun in some ranked games and climbing, until I got the "unable to connect..." popup after 3 minutes team surrender and I get a leaver buster message with 5 games 20 mins wait time.

I contacted support was amazing how i got to talk to them in live message instantly, the guy I talked to was really helpful but asking me to remove IPv6 and changing my DNS to resolve a problem that I shouldn't have had in first place then tell me that he can't remove my leaverbuster, I been playing since season 1 and never did these steps and never had a problem (sometimes I do but it's like once or twice in the year) just like this time.

I don't want to wait 20 mins for 5 games that's so boring! It's not even my fault... [slayer-jinx-unamused]

Dude I left in 2 games yesterday. 1 because of client glitch, other because jgl banned my main when I had it preselected. Leaverbusted for 5 games 10 minutes. RITO FIX YOUR SHIT!!!

You deserve to be punished if you left/dodged on purpose. I mean you should learn to play more than one champion, and not just leave/troll when it gets banned.

An otp will never agree with you and if Riot could fix the client glitch where games don't show up I would be happy. I can't play any other champ as good as my main and if I did I would be in lower elo. Also, 2 leaves for a leaverbuster is stupid, especially since I had issues on my client.

There's nothing wrong with the system. While some do suffer through it for unfortunate reasons, the system is literally working as intended.

I am not against the leaverbuster system it's really good against leavers and afkers a good punishment but if I am punished because I have to configure my computer in a specific way this is not OK!

They better make an announcement in game to configure this if it's causing problems or figure out how to do it with their developers.

That way I won't mind being punished. After all I made some people wait for a game and another 3 mins in game to surrender.

It's why I chose to be blunt with my opinion. The unfortunate part about everything involving why someone has left or has been booted from a game, is that beyond that computer, it's entirely hearsay. I could have a blackout on my end due to a storm, but my words are as credible as someone who left intentionally. It's stupidly unfortunate, but unless your desire is to have a member of their staffing, literally stalk you in your own living space, there's absolutely nothing they can base your information off of or otherwise, to make their assumption as to whether or not it was intentional or by accident. This is especially the case, if it winds up being consistent.

Like my friend for example. For awhile, he'd had to deal with spurred disconnections that seemed to happen without reasonable cause. In most cases, he'd reconnect. But eventually the events that were technically out of his control, still worked against him, as the leaverbuster stacked strikes against him. He eventually managed to swap out for better internet, and has since avoided triggering the leaverbuster, but it was something that had to be dealt with. Since regardless of our cause of disconnection, we're still inconveniencing 4-9 other people.
