So I just got back into league after a little over a year break, and I'm noticing a trend already. Seems that the teams are frequently all ad or assassin heavy. Is this just flavor of the month type deal, or this an actual issue (for instance maybe a lot of armor items were nerfed or something of the nature)?

Too many solo players trying to use what they think is best at the same time. Right now, this means lots of AD Champions.
balbraaksel1 votesThings changed to a burst meta, I think it's because of mobility (burst or the champion gets away), the 3rd dragon buff giving movement speed and the middle turret giving a shield possibly saving someone from an ignite or any other DoT.
