Suggestions for Miss Fortunes update

Hey guys! I just wanted to share my opinion on MFs update and make some suggestions of my own:

Passive: Strut

The current passive is not overly powerful, and even if you buff it, when the time to fight comes, it will be gone, and reactivating it with W will only be useful for chasing after a onesided battle or for fleeing if you already disengaged successfully (in that case an E over your shoulder should do the trick as well). If however you really want to emphasize on the passive as part of MFs identity thats how i would do it: _ Miss Fortune is too fashionable for shoes from a mere shopkeeper, she walks the rift on her own heels:_ >MF cannot buy boots >old passive plus see below >gains permanent movement speed at lvl 6 and 11 (so she has real mobiboots basically)

Q: Double Up

I like the Q, and you can change the code however you like, but i do not think adding a rare occurrance helps clarity (you either harrass or lasthit with it, if your opponent lets you do both that is already quite good for you)

W: Impure Shots

If the healing reduction has to go as a design decision, so be it, but i want to say that the wounds and the AS steroid were the easily visible and clearly understandable part of this skill, the least you could do is visualize the stacks of the passive somehow, as for the reactivating of Strut, i am not a huge fan, because it seems very weak if it does not get protected for at least some seconds or grants slow resistance or whatever, also its a simple steroid, you fight you press it, i dont see the value in adding decision making here at all...

E: Make it Rain

When it was tweeted first that E gets changed, i thought changed as in replaced, because E is a boring, but useful spell, now its no less boring, but less useful, because its only use is a long lasting slowzone with no ADscaling. if you want to make it a bit more interesting you could change the shape of the area, or have the area move slightly (think a slow low dmg deathray where each salvo moves an inch, so having it move towards you would be could for kiting, having it move towards the enemy would be good for chasing, a bullet raining moving cloud basically)

R: Bullet Time

now here is the real clarity offender, the more AD you have, the more AP damage it deals and vice versa, this needs to change! as for the spell itself, it looks fine, but really has low impact even in a teamfight, but thats ok i guess considering how easy and safely you can cast it and then resume your normal play pattern, a galio E effect would be nice in the aftermath of the R so she can join the fray swiftly but i could live without it.

so thats about it, i hope you enjoyed some of my ideas and that they werent too OP! i realize this might be above a simple update and more like a rework, but hey, a champion only gets attention every so often so please walk the extra mile riot =D feel free to discuss or dismantle my suggestions or point of view however you like, also please do vote up or down if you managed to read this far, have a nice day and gl hf on the rift.

They have already reworked her they are bugfixing mostly now.
