Fiora is incredibly broken. Her as a champion has way too much damage. Her kit is riddled with true damage and conqueror doesn't make it any better. I am going to say that if you want riot to get rid of true damage make this post known. I believe true damage to be unhealthy for the game. Remove it and rework fiora.
