Teaching mode

I like teaching new Players about the in depths of the game like builds and what to rush situational items how damage works but to do so takes time out of me playing with the only reward being a thank you. But i think it would be super cool if RIOT made a teaching mode where you could join a Queue to teach or to learn and you would be assigned to player below your rank or level that you could teach the game to. Where with signing up to learn you get to obviously be given advice from those better from you. Now the problem is not a lot of people would do this if there wasn't a reward. SO for rewards i was thinking things along the lines of: IP Boosts, possible RP rewards, maybe even an exclusive skin all of which could be given out at random or at certain stages like games/hours teaching. The other problem would be effectiveness which would be determined by the learner he would say yay or nay that the teacher was effective or the teacher was not and didn't do there job. There would also be a way of grading the student so if a teacher felt like he tried his best but the learner just didn't get what he needed or wasn't open to learning it would get put on record so if it happened repeatedly the learner would get a temporary game type ban and couldn't learn or teach for a while. I think this would also help riot keep new players/customers because they wouldn't be as frustrated with the game in the early stages and might stay and play if someone helped them with the basics and with the advanced stuff instead of going through trial by fire meaning learn or die. What are your thoughts summoners???

I think a lot of vets would teach new players if given the chance. A voice chat client would, of course, be immensely useful, but anything helps. Even having like one vet teaching four newbies in a bots match would be so helpful for NPE.

They could definitely incentivize it with an icon, bonus IP, or a new "excellent tutor" honor ribbon.

The most important part IMO, would be giving students the ability to rate, and report, their teachers. That'd be the shittiest possible place for no-lifers to go trolling.

Perhaps, on the UI, a nice large and obvious slider to rate the teacher during the game. Default is neutral, but it goes from "troller" to "Literal god of kindness and wisdom, whose benevolence and patience shall be immortalized in song and dance unto the thousandth generation." That way the students could change their rating if they accidentally messed it up.
