A Good Start to a Great Game

This is my first thread. So I am not even sure if y'all will see this, but here goes.

When we are in champion select, if there is a teammate who is auto-locking, has negative attitude, disrespectful, or takes away the fun of the game before it starts, why not have a voting system, so that the other 4 team members can take a vote to keep him/her. This way, nobody has to queue dodge and take penalty. As the system is now, positive players either suffer a penalty because they dodged, or they suffer 30-40 minutes of a bad game. I am not saying I am a hundred percent positive player, nor am I saying champion selects are always full with negative players. But if there is negative attitude in champion select the chances of a fun and exciting match are very low. In champion select we should all try to be fair and positive.

Just a suggestion. My first. Not sure if anyone suggested this before, but credit goes to him/her if this ever is seen by you awesome people.

I think it's a great idea. I have come across many games where certain players have negative attitude from the start. Many times, they just say that if they don't get the lane they want, they will feed. A voting system could be a solution. You don't have to punish the player that got kicked out, because there is a chance that if 3 or 4 people queued together, they could potentially kick that one player out who got the lane or a champ before one of the friends. It should be simple enough where if the player gets kicked out, that player should be able to queue again with no penalty and the rest of the team would automatically be queued together.
