So my fps just dropped really hard for some reason

I was getting a solid 140 fps at all times when all of a sudden it dropped all the way down to 25 fps for some reason. I havent played for a while then as soon as i got back it had changed. sooooooooo idk whats wrong

Update: When i restarted my computer and played my first game of league everything was fine but as soon as i had played my second game the fps was messed up again for some odd reason
