Riot mentioned that they might change BC Youmuus and Duskblade into melee only items. Please riot. Lucian is down right aids with this build and graves is just outright broken. BTW morde with protobelt is busted ass ~~shit~~ stuff

They've only said DB. The others are staple items on multiple ranged champs (and I don't mean the current crop of Korean APen builds) that removing that option would basically ruin them

They might make Duskblade melee only.

No such plans for neither Youmuu's nor Cleaver.
