Borderless and Quarter screen?

So since the update every time i try to play the game goes down to the bottom right corner (borderless so i cant move it) and i cant reach the 'okay' button to confirm changes to in game settings? Any idea how i can fix it? i have tried reinstalling and nothing changed.

Is this for when you are in game? Because if it is, the name for the program is Leagueoflegends.exe and not lolclient, so you can manually change the resolution of the exe, and it will be a severely warped image, but it will allow you to hit "ok" on the in games resolution changes.
