It would be nice if new/reworked champs weren't able to be banned for a timeframe, so one could actually play them. I don't like blinds either, for obvious reasons. Maybe a month or so. p.s not for ranked obviously, just for norms.
You mean you don't like unfun dipshits banning a champ just because they know someone will want to try them out? Makes sense.
I don't think riot will listen though. They still allow people with 0 mastery on a champ play that champ in ranked, and recently reworked champs played in ranked.
Use custom games. Make a Recruitment thread to get some random folks for scrims and rotate who gets to test stuff. Best fixes I can think of that don't involve riot intervention.
That would be good IF only we would've still had TEAM BUILDER. Team builder was the answer to all problems but riot decided to remove for no reason.
There's practice tools and blind pick to learn new champs....
