Yuumi should be able to ping her passive

I'm not sure why you're not able to, it's an important ability and there's plenty of times where I want to ping it to let my team mate knows if we go back in I have a fat shield ready for them.

Just feels like it would be a nice QoL change for her. Feels like any ability with a cd should be able to be pinged.
