hear me out first, im the only one who thinks talon got nerfed and dont enjoy playing him as much

i used to really enjoy playing talon in s5 and s5. i started out in patch 5.10 and he was my main ever since lvl 20. he was a fun chap and rewarded getting fed. ik ppl will say hes op now he does so much dmg.while talon no longer needs itesm desperately to kill soeone 1v1 or has a terrible laning phase, they hit him pretty hard in whats ost important for carrying. assassination. he has way too many delays, paired with a short range dash instead of blink. if u won lane as old talon u can run to bot blink onto the adc and insta kill the adc and supp with ur como. now u rely on ur passive, with a slow and unreliable w and a short range q what? its so easy to dodge and peel him now. if theyre going to nerf his q, why nerf his w too? if u got fed as old talon u can jump into a teamfight and kill the whole team faster than a katarina.now u have problems killing an ezreal paired with a tanky cc support. maybe this is just affecting me more than it should because i was forced to start a new account and am currently in the 20s, plus this client makes the game so unfun. i cant even blind pick anymore because i always join the gamme 6 seconds late and everything moves in slowmotion, it takes atleast 15 seconds just to change a summoner, this has causes me to "dodge" once a day and i dont know when it will be fixed. in this lvl there is usually 2 decnet players and 2 god awful players. now call me unlucky, but my new or awful players always is biot. bot lane ALWAYS feeds. like every 9 out of 10 games. even if i hard win lane the i cant counter the fed draven/ vayne like the old talon and still win.e hast a cast time, and decent adc will interupt ur q and ur w can be dodged like nothing. so of course the rest of the adcs awful team acts like meatshields no matter how useless they are, either ccing us or healing the vayne thats 3 shotting us one by one. and there isnt a thing i can do about it. maybe ill pick up zed he seems like he has a better chance of killing an adc now...
