youre crazy. league keeps track of what champion you play most and if you have played someone 4 games out of 5 it will match you vs someone who has played youre counter 4 out of 5 games.

If it matches you with your counter, then your lane opponent was given a really easy matchup.
That's 50% of players getting a good matchup, 50% getting a bad matchup, not 80% bad and 20% good.
