yesterday i let one of my high elo friend play ranked on my account and i was like ok sure get me gold till tomorow, today when i wanted to check out my rank he messaged me on discord and said GG u got permabanned.... i would do anything to get it unbanned i spent a lot of money and this account almost has 3 years 
plus you can get banned for nothing they just have to press that report button and select randomly very nice
Just having him play on your account to climb the ladder for you is considered cheating and was grounds for the account to be permabanned. You aren't getting that back.
Account sharing especially for the purpose of boosting is a perma bannable offense, sorry man you messed up, best thing you can do is learn from it and don't make that mistake again.
Boosting results in a permaban, you know.
The only way you get a permaban undone is if
a) It was a false ban
b) You send in a support ticket and get it reviewed
There is literally no way you are getting your account back, since you just admitted to being boosted. Sorry
