I seriously doubt it.
As a support main, I do not believe Tailyah would be a very good support
Her only cc is her e, and she has very little utility or peel for her adc.
The only adc I would imagine doing mediocre with tailyah is vayne with her r condemn combo, but if you want a wall, I'd rather have anivia support.
As Taliyah is not that much played and almost nobody plays her as a support, she has a good surprise factor on top of that good trading potential.
I mean, you are not used to playing bot vs. her, so it is quite likely that she gets the E-W combo on you to reduce you to half hp on lvl 3, pokes you with Q from her high range. So while probably not great in fulfilling the support role, the damage and zoning potential makes her a viable pick I guess, at least against some.
