too much lag during teamfights
usually my game in going fine but when the team fight starts there is alot of lag after the team fight the lag stoped

Lag as in low FPS?
It means your PC is old and you need to lower the graphics to accommodate for that. The first thing you should be reducing is "particle effects". Take away shadows, reduce champion textures, etc. Try to make the game at least playable (15+ FPS in fights).
