Suggestion for turrents

I think the turrents should go to the person who hits it last before a minion (in case minions kill it) just like champions . As turrents also affect what ranks we get in games , now if i m splitting i have to closely last hit a turrent which is not tht easy if u playing full tank champ or something , just in case i miss and minion getting it is so irritating XD
