Least toxic server?

After months on EUNE i cant play here anymore because of incredible amount of toxic people pissing me off. Only thing i can do is to change server so my question is: Which server has got the least toxic people and to which server should I move?

I transferred from EUNE to NA for the same reason.. I have a higher ping truth be told, but the toxicity doesn't even compare... Its present obviously.. But its like 20% of EUNE.

I personally dont mind toxicity i just play in the server with most players for a bigger community
