Today a 3/9 veigar with 100 cs in 40 minutes dealt 1k damage with his ult only to me

I was playing zed, had 4 lvls on him and had almost double the gold he had and I had 90mr, after fighting and killing someone he was just flashing on me pressing r when I was at 1/3 health and I was dead. Where's the counterplay to that? He didn't even had a penetration item or something.

Point and click nukes sure are fun to play against :) Veigar Syndra Annie

Okay, your fault for being in his ult range when you were at 1/3 health. No complaining.

And if you were smart, you could have dodged it with ult untargetability by predicting.

1/3 hp is max extra damage for a Veigar ult...

I was at 1/3 health

you realize his ult has an execute, right?

The zed complaining about someone doing a ton of damage with no counter play.

1k dmg...you had 1/3rd health...something about a zed with 3k hp seems a bit....exaggerated :^)

besides, Veigar's ult scaled off missing hp

Point and click ultimates are not fun to play against because they're a reliable source of damage. But Veigar, Syndra, and Annie all have little to no mobility, and without such ultimates, it would be much harder to punish high mobility champions like Zed.

Yes, but how much did you let him poke you in lane? Because cs, kills. A Veigar lives not for these things. They are only means to an end. And that end is MOAR AP. Getting poked enough will do that.

And the counterplay to flash is flash. It has been that way forever. Some champs have more methods. But yeah.

the counterplay is called "you got 2v1'd" in all other situations you win 1v1.
