"Oh, she hit 48% in plat, time to buff her" The balance team, just needs to stop. Stop balancing Riven to have a 50% winrate in Plat and below, just stop. Her kit was being balanced around the best of the best, therefore she should have a 50 to 52% winrate in Grandmaster/Challenger and thats it.

I'm more annoyed that, in the comments, they admit to giving Vayne, Jhin, and MF buffs.
Why. Vayne is fine. She's dead even. Leave that awful champion alone. MF is ALSO doing fine and Jhin is the fifth best AD in the game. Why aren't you looking at fixing Tristana's feast or famine early game?! Why aren't they nerfing Jinx, who has been absurd ALL SEASON LONG? Where is the buff to Varus after you literally gutted every single soloqueue playstyle?
Unless they're working on some of the lower tier ADCs or nerfing down Jinx, I wish they'd leave them the hell alone. The ADC roster is, for the most part, fine. Most insultingly, Xayah was good for a single patch; insta nerf. JINX though. JINX. She gets to be godly and brain dead freelo for the entire season with 0, I mean 0, attention from the boards, from Riot... Her players literally can turn off their brains and AoE rocket people down at level 9 with Runaan's. She's over buffed and her skill expression is tanked because of it
I think most people are still kinda in withdrawals from how long and strong riven has been for a long time. Her WRs and delta are very low atm, a buff to riven is actually appropriate, the bigger question is how much of a buff are they planning.
