Miss Fortune's Passive

Now, I am not the biggest now it all when it comes to Miss Fortune, heck I don't even own her. Although, what I do know is when something needs to be nerfed. Now this may be something that others can agree on, but it makes no sense why it does THAT much damage.

Let me put it in perspective, last game I was playing as Tristana, my fave ADC. The enemy ADC was Miss Fortune. I kid you not, she took out half of my health with 1 hit.......... at level 2.

I am all for her having a better passive ability then.... Strut..... But if it does that much damage at LEVEL 2. Then its numbers need some serious nerfing.

(At level 2 I had around 700 health give or take.)
