These days, i have seen AP mids like malzahar get a passive that blocks 90% of the incoming dmg and CC for a second, makes 1v1ing him even more fun. Syndra gets to spawn spheres that last longer (higher AP ratio) so that it's even easier to point click delete someone. Velkoz gets true damage on his ult when he procs his passive on someone. Veigar gets free AP for poking with spells.

It's disgusting, i just can't give any positive feedback on this. Viktors E is his iconic ability and main damage source, with the delay added delay to the explosion its nearly impossible to hit someone with the explosion damage, 1.25 seconds delay is the same delay a veigar has on his Dark Matter ability (W), is there someone that ever got hit by
(W) without being chain CC'ed? Even Anivia without boots can dodge it and the hextech items will make it even easier since people can just jump out/away. Also, i don't understand the mana scaling on the shield.. it just doesn't make any sense to me at all. Overall this seems like a heavy nerf to me which can not be justified.
Sometimes i feel like you guys are just changing things without actually looking ahead and thinking about the consequences, it's very frustrating. You should spend more time on balancing champions like
