@Riot Can we get ANY information on Poppy rework?

You've kinda kept us in the dark in when we're getting the Poppy rework. At this point, we're gonna get the marksman rework before getting the Poppy rework, despite being "nearly complete" for a few months now. Pretty sure that the people that do play Poppy (including myself) want some bit of information other than "Soon".

I'm still convinced riot doesn't know what the f they're doing with the poppy rework otherwise they'd toss a bone other than vaugities. they just dangle it around on a slow news day.
