Riot can you please lower the orange essence cost in skin shards

So i just got an elementalist lux skin shard but it costs 2950 orange essence and if i disenchant it i only get 650...So it would take me a really long time to upgrade it to a permanent.So my question is if you can lower the oe cost to upgrade a shard to a permanent or atleast raise the oe got from disenchanting other skins.

Ele-Lux costs 3250 RP or roughly $25 USD, and is a legendary skin. This is like 4 hours of minimum wage ($7.25 USD).

You get to unlock it for free, FOR FREE, for only 2950 essence. This takes time, but again it's completely free and all you do is sit on your butt and play the game.

Either cough up the $$$ or just unlock it through Hextech crafting.
