fuck this queue for 5 games it takes 3 hours to get out of it, no body feels like playing 5 games of bots and then want to continue playing the game without a break either remove it and have it so AFKers lose LP when afk in ranked, or so they don't earn anything when they do it in normal. Like I try not to afk but its hard when my internet is spotty

ok so 3 hours of you time is wasted for afk. you wasted 20 mins of the other 4 players times 5 for a total of about 6.5 hours of other peoples time plus the enemy team witch no one likes playing a 4v5 cause you have to afk for 5 games to get put in the low priority so i dont feel bad i think it should be harder on you

If you tend to be booted from games by your connection, it's your responsibility to either fix/improve the connection or not play the game. Every game you leave, deliberate or not, is a nearly guaranteed loss for you team, wasting approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes of other players' time on a game they have little hope of winning (and this is assuming they surrender at 20 minutes; it's worse if they continue to play it out and still lose).

Given that, it seems quite fair to make you experience the same waste of time for at least 4 games. And you aren't even losing MMR or LP like your teammates did. Keep in mind that this waste of time is only accounting for one game. One game is not enough to get you into low-priority queue; it has to be a pattern of multiple games within a relatively short time period (could be anywhere from hours to a week, maybe more; we don't really know the time period that is used).

5 games of low-priority queue is entirely fair. It actually seems rather lenient; just two games abandoned wastes more of your teammates' time than you lose from the punishment. It appears that the system is actually giving you the benefit of the doubt and assuming that you're not leaving by choice.

Use the wait time before each game to investigate your connection. Check wires, check firewalls, even call your ISP if necessary, and see if there's a problem that can be fixed.
