Jungle Suggestion

I keep hearing a lot about how the jungle is in a really unpleasant phase and it seems that many jungler champions have become useless in that role.

What if the fix wasn't in trying to tweak champions and or the camps and instead add a bonus to the jungler specific item. The bonus could be up for debate but an example could be adding a unqiue passive that intermittently allows the item to soak three auto attacks from large jungle creeps. I dunno just an idea.

I think it's possible to bring the jungle into a better state, as well as legitimize more champions in the current meta, with only a small change(s) like this that potentionally may not have much other impact in other scenarios.
