Why do people think Darius is weaker after the rework?A few counter arguments

I have been seeing a lot of pseudo-main Darius players complain how weak he is now and how strong he was before the rework last year. Since I am sick of these comments I would like to post a few facts. The old Darius had a stronger early and mid game. But after level 9 when his Q reached it's full power he started weaking slowly. I would focus squishy targets in teamfights in orded to be of some use. Not to mention you had to build a lot of ad in order to be useful and deal damage in the late stages of the game. New Darius has lower attack speed and some nerfed damage on his w and ult. However, his Q scales better with ad and at level 18 it reaches the damage of the old Q. His e is the same as we all know. Now the passive-200 ad at level 18 and can apply 5 stacks to people instantly as long as he has done so on one person or killed someone with his ult. His q can heal him for insane amounts and tell me when did Darius have such an enormous impact on a teamfight-he was useless before-get 5 stacks and kill someone-big deal you get rekt after-now if they are so stupid to let you get 5 stacks you can easily do a penta even with 2 damaging items since the passive is equal to 2 bloodthirsters and a black cleaver.

Thing is, Darius is still not that great in teamfights compared to a teamfight oriented toplaner like Maokai or Nautilus. His pull is kinda trashy and all he has is damage(and not as much damage as carry toplaners). The fact that he's tanky doesn't matter much in teamfights when a properly built ADC will shred through a tank like they're paper unless you can CC him.

He lost what made him viable, his bully earlygame and he's not even good against meeles now. He used to shut down melees and do poorly against ranged toplaners, now he's kinda meh against both. His Q does nothing(Doesn't even apply a bleed stack) unless you connect with the outer radius, something no mobile toplaner will ever let you do. You're still very kitable in teamfights and you can't even bully people earlygame.

He's ~okay in all stages of the game but excels in none of them, something that can get punished by more specialised early or lategame champions.

Old Darius basically had no sustain but INSANE amounts of damage (the guy could probably burst about as much as veigar hyperbole) and an instant Q that allowed him to bully HARD early game. He fell off much harder than new darius, but man for those first twenty minutes you bet you can lay the beat down against almost anyone you face.

New Darius is essentially a tank with little CC and good damage (turns to great with noxian might). New darius can still bully even though he lost a lot of damage. His bully transformed from insta chunking you to slowly wittling you down while his Q heal mitigates retaliation. If he gets noxian might he feels like old darius with the raw damage, but of course getting noxian might isn't particularly easy unless enemies misplay hard or you outplay hard.
