Blue Essence

So it's been just about 2 years, I believe, since Blue Essence was integrated into League. What's the purpose of it at all for people who've been playing the game for years and already have all champs unlocked?? I've had every champ since before Blue Essence was a thing and then I was just gifted 98k BE when it was released but what can I use it on?? Nothing. I currently have 152,000 Blue Essence and all it does is collect dust and taunt me with it's pointless value. When will there be an actual use for BE for a large majority of Summoners who already have every champ unlocked??

Well when Riot made the turnover it had some things that you could buyt then like icons or URFwick. Also they have made 3 i think Chroma sales with 2000 blue essense. Plus there is the mastery where you pay with blue essense to upgrade unless you have the specific champion chard. And that is expensive for the ones dont have all the champions but want to upgrade to lv 6 or 7. Plus you can buy the new releashed champion for 7800. So in theory you can upgrade all the champions to lv 7 buy all the chromas when they go to sale or save for the potential Urfwick re-relash for 150000 blue essense. Now that isnt something available everyday but BE actually DO have some usages apart from buying the new champion. But yeah i wish we had the possibility to buy somethign else too PS i own 123 champions out 141, the rest are champions i dont have any interest to buy unless they Riot change them and make me find them interested like ivern, volibear, kog maw, kalista so i have accumulated 55k blue essense- im poor what to say XD- and im spending when i m ready to upgrade the mastery.

Yeah I see all of the masteries and the rare times they do the chroma sale and champion release as good ways to be able to spend the BE but by the time the newest champ has been released I've already almost tripled my BE, and in the time you can get a champ to Lv. 5 AND get all of the S grades you need for Lv 6 and 7 there's no way you haven't already obtained the BE necessary, and most likely exceeded the amount needed.

It just seems like there's not really a purpose for it besides buying champs and rune pages, except for the very small amount of BE event type sales.
