Bit Late(at night), Crazy Idea for Third Inspiration Keystone

Following my learning that Preseason isn't until November, and subsequent sadfacing, I went back to fiddle with new runes on the page for that, and once again noticed, "Hey, no Third Keystone for Inspiration... and Glacial Augment still looks kinda odd sitting next to "Hey, I get to change summoners a bunch!", and that's when I started brainstorming ideas for the third Inspiration augment and quickly realized, "Riot has already done all the obvious rules changing in the OTHER big lesser runes I like... Ok, so what else can we do with summoners."

First: Vague, but was my starting point, some sort of bonus based on what summoner besides/instead of Flash you are using(some Junglers use Ghost instead of Flash alot of the time, Ghosted Hecarim E R combo is insane!)

Second: You know what would be awesome? THREE SUMMONERS! Immediately realize this is broken af and potentially really hard to implement effectively and with clarity.

Third: Hey... Hextech Flashtraption actually has an intriguing idea that might be good to explore further... how about we take my Third Summoner idea and mix it with this lesser rune, you get to set a summoner to be available when another one is on cooldown! Probably the second summoner would need to be drastically weaker in the same way Flashtraption is weaker than Flash(but not to the same degree because Keystone!).

But just imagine a Toplaner TP'ing in after first back with Ignite so they can immediately all in, or a Toplaner who just all in'd TP'ing back to lane to take maximum advantage. Or even a Midlaner with a Cleanse when Barrier is down... or the other way around! Or hell, an ADC with Barrier into Heal... you know, just to make them have an actual choice besides "Precision Primary ALL THE TIME!"... maybe... prolly only in lower elo's... FUCK ADC'S JUST GOT MORE BORING IN THE NEW RUNES!!!!
