Does anyone know if the 'shop' is customized?

What I mean is, the last two shops seem to be tailored to me.

I like to main ADC, and all the skins in the last two shops except three have been adc skins.

If Riot does do this, then keep doing it, it's awesome, but if they don't, they ought to. I don't spend a lot of money on this game, but the past two shops have opened up my wallet. 60% off deal on Firecracker jinx was impossible to resist.
