A small idea to make Nocturne's identity more potent.

I am a longtime Nocturne player. I love him as a champion and am always looking for new ways to get better at him. I've always gotten excited at the idea at using his ultimate for the sole purpose of vision denial - weather that be for securing an objective or allowing an ally to escape. However the cooldown of his ultimate simply doesn't justify using it in that context - especially early game.

Currently to make the most of your ultimate, you must use the dash associated with it. However, in the way I have previously mentioned, (Solely vision denial) that option may not be viable. Weather he be low on health or simply out of range Nocturne does not 100% of the time want to dash. I think that choosing not to dash should refund half of Paranoia's cooldown allowing Nocturne to choose when he wants the enemy to see and when he wants to hop into a fight, but at a higher cost.

Thoughts?

I think they need to lower the range on his Q by 100, so his poke isn't as oppressive in lane, but make it so Nocturne can go through walls when using Q giving him that little extra bit of mobility....(Note: Strong but maybe remove the bonus ad passive on Q Trail)

Also I think if he blocks a spell with W his next basic attack should deal a percentage of the damage absorbed. This would allow for decision making weather or not you would block the CC portion or the most damaging portion of a persons kit before countering. Because when you jump in as Noc be prepared to eat 3 full combos. (Note: this might be a bit over the top but I LOVE the idea of this mechanic)

Not so 'extra bit'. That just give him an ability to go through walls, back and forth, at will, for five seconds.

So make the trail dissipate faster...not a difficult fix...make it so it can only happen once like Bard portal but only Noc can use...

It's not like he can spam it enough for it to mean anything. His is super mana hungry and will be oom if he casts it alot
