She was constructed as an early game poking machine, with a kit designed for early game. After her remake she now has, besides her strong early, a very viable and annoying late game.
I agree she's strong right now but for ages? She was weak for a while

Even if you hit her absurdly busted late game, it’ll just push her out of competition against tristana and xayah. The problem lies with the marksman role as a whole.
Nerf them and Jinx/Miss fortune pops back up.
Lets also not forget that Vayne has become an unstoppable mid-game 2-shot machine.
No shit it's overloaded, it's a certainlyT rework. They wanted her to have a solid siege identity which she definitely does now. The problem is that she stayed a disgusting lanebully and now she also scales way too hard. (oh well, every adc scales way too hard and too fast anyway. The only moments when they feel weak is when they're less busted than their other ADC counterpart)
