Riot Support System - Suprised
I believe if you run your mouth then when you see the good you need to recognize that as well. I was frustrated and believed I lost honor points/checkpoints/level progression (silly to get upset over something so silly in after thought lol). Bruna BlueFox (Riot Games Player Support) helped me to understand what happened, through a few talks back and forth once my ticket was reviewed. I want to thank Bruna BlueFox for the professionalism in customer service in helping me understand. I just wanted to say..... Thank you to the support team. (I don't say this lightly since I have worked customer service and understand how hard it can be)
Is there a way to give a positive customer feedback?
( I didn't see any other thread like this, I hope this isn't in violation to any rule. If so please remove)
