How to deal with singed top?

Especially when he starts doing that cheesy proxy nonsense? Should I ask for the jungler to assist and try to kill him? Ignore him and take the cs coming to my tower? I feel like when I'm against a stubborn singed I NEVER get to leave top lane because then he just gets to take free towers. If I try to kill him 1v1 and he starts getting items I can't catch him because he's too fast. Hell the other day I was up against a singed that rushed zzrot and STILL had the stats to lane and even kill me, while constantly damaging my tower. Any tips?

Honestly laning against a proxy Singed is the most frustrating thing if you have no idea how to fight him. Which I sadly do not.

So basically, let me aid you here pal. As Singed, he's basically ALL about the annoying the living hell outta you, and that's to be expected!

As such, in the TOP lane, if he starts that proxy nonsense, simply IGNORE him and farm as per usual. THE ONLY time you would NOT do this is IF you see that he is fairly low on either MANA or HEALTH. Then you simply go to him, with an ADVANTAGE OF HP OR MANA, and 1v1, hopefully killing him. Otherwise, ask for jungle to assist you and it should be a fairly quick and simple 1v2 to kill the Singed.

Now, if in higher elo, Singed will NOT do that, and instead BE FUCKING ANNOYING. Therefore, BUILD a GRIEVOUS WOUNDS item as SOON as POSSIBLE. That and maybe like a bork or some sort of HP shredder item.

good luck putting pressure on someone like mundo or garen who outsustains the minion damage.

except there is no point to that because you just put yourself as greater risk than just farming the lane normaly
