So about hextech gunblade.

I don't have a pbe account so i can't check this myself but are they keeping the slow on the active or not?

I ask because for the champs that build it( and the occasional ) the slow is kinda more important than the actual damage of the passive. Like they could completely remove the damage on the active and i would still buy this item on those champs
