Fixing targeting

Until riot adds something that makes champions take priority over minions so there's less misclicking i'm quitting seems like whenever I play Rengar I lose fights cause i hit a minion instead of enemy champion. I'm not going to hold ` everytime I fight riot needs to add a toggle or make champions take priority over minions until then cya nerds
