Just looking at new sht like Aphelios and Kaisa, Twitch is literally sand in your feet, it only irritates you but can’t harm nothing and no one. Can we please either change his kit or give him some damage? Also, wtf is jungle xp rn? Permafarming gives less xp then 2 toplaners. New meta?
Don't give a shit about Twitch really. The unspoken truth is that jungle Twitch has little to no counterplay outside of dropping control wards and any time he is allowed to be good he becomes one of the best spam gankers.
He makes lives miserable in every single lane.

you should not be perma farming your jungle. The mindset should be "My camps are not worth xp" You gank to get XP and gold. if you aren't ganking, you should be clearing a buff, or an objective.
Yea, let's make one of the two champions that have no indicator they're in stealth and can pop out and instakill entire teams stronger. Good idea [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
Please god no, not like this, nerf the broken ones. This kind of patching in the last 3 years or so completely ruined the balanced powercreeping ADCs. 
needs nerfing not twitch buffing, if we ain't gonna nerf broken champs only because many players play them (abusing them) we are just going to get a worse and worse game.

Twitch is now a jungler not an ADC. They released and buffed far too many ADCs to ever allow Twitch to be viable in the bot lane again.
only if we get rid of his god damn camouflage.
Also it's impossible for his damage to be low because come late game crit adc's still blow everyone up
or we could tone the entire game down to twitch's level :)
