@ Riot About New Quinn

I'm glad your finally looking into one of the forgotton adc's in the game but i just want to express what i would like to see in the new quinn as a quinn player.

  1. Quinns paasive: I really wish her passive was more consistant, which you have adressed already by allowing more options to set it up. but are you looking into its reasponsivness cause honestly i dont think its right that i can hit someone two times before the animation of quinns proc finishes and then on the third it procs. do you plan to speed up to animation or allow the proc to hit mid or during the marking process or are we still gonna have to wait what feels like 1.5 seconds in teamfights sometimes to finally get that extra burst?

  2. Quinns relationship with Valor: Kindred shows a direct connection to her other part and lulu's relationship with pix is just as strong with the many options pix has compared to valor. i thought it would be sweet if instead of using valor as a transformation or as a "mount", valor could be used as a weapon. something along the lines of removing her Q and allowing her to send valor to attack the target leaving them blind in a minor flurry of bird to the face. and maybe something with her ult along the lines of quinn summons valor to fly foreward dealing dmg in his path and giving allies a movment speed increase and a slow to enemies he passes through, something similar to namis ult but with a a little uniqueness. i thik this would help create a better relationship feel between valor and Quinn.

  3. Vault: I love vault but my problem is to many times have i vauled someone through a wall or my self through a wall and out of a team fight entirley. something i think needs to be looked into. i know when she was released this was intended but in the chaos of team fights it seems to be more self harming in jungle fights then anything else.

  4. Her W: this is an overlooked ability but honestly with free wards and sightstones etc. . . i find it to be almost pointless now a days, compared to when she came out. Ashe's "valor" or hawk can globally scout so what if instead quinn culd send valor to circle a small area on the map revealing it for a duration kinda like a lux Singularity ( E) reveals weeds before blowing up. and even maybe making it to if someone comes through valors scouting area they become marked by valor. or valor lets out a warning shout to the team as they are revealed.

These things i believe are good ways to increase the biggest complaints about quinn IMO such as her lack luster feel of having valor with her.

If you like or dislike any of the below changes please let me know. Thanks!

Harrier: Valor marks Champions and Jungle Monsters as Vulnerable for 3~ seconds when damaged by Quinn's abilities. Quinn's basic attacks on Vulnerable targets deal 110%-140%~ of her Attack Damage based on the target's missing health.

Notes: Makes Quinn's Passive clean while also restoring some of her assassin playstyle. Gives use to Skystrike and Aerial Assault by landing them on multiple Champions.

Aerial Assault: Valor flies in a line, stopping at the first enemy hit dealing physical damage to all nearby enemies.

Heightened Senses: Passive- Attacking a Vulnerable target increases Movement speed for 3~ seconds stacking up to 3 times. Attacking a Vulnerable target reduces the Cooldown of all Quinn's abilities by 1~ second. Active- Valor continuously reveals the surrounding area around Quinn for 2~ seconds.

Notes: Playing aggressive pays off for Quinn with the lowering of Cooldowns. Is better for kiting while losing the Attack Speed. Active gives Quinn extended vision and follows her.

Vault: Quinn dashes to an enemy, dealing physical damage. Upon reaching the target, Quinn leaps off, stunning the target until landing.

Tag Team: Quinn calls down Valor to assist her. After a 2 second channel, they unite, gaining Movement Speed and the ability to cast Skystrike by ending Tag Team or by taking offensive action. Taking damage reduces the Movement Speed bonus by 80%. 40/30/20 Cooldown. Skystrike: Quinn and Valor deal physical damage to nearby enemies as Valor returns to the skies. 100%~ bonus damage to minions.

Notes: Allows Quinn to use ult aggressively or for escapes at the cost of a Cooldown. Gives Quinn waveclear late game.Taking any damage while channeling puts Tag Team on a 5 second Cooldown. Can only be canceled by casting Skystrike, basic attacking or using an offensive ability.

my biggest problem/ concern with that is her Q it seems like now all it became is just a simple dmg burst. it seems lack luster plus if its width is the same as old Q i have concerns. old Q's width made it hard to hit champs with in lane sometimes cause it would clip minions in weird ways. but thats just my opinion
