Earning Ribbons

I am a little confused with the whole Ribbon system, I personally think it needs to be changed, as people rarely honor anymore, even if it is deserved. People play Co-op vs AI games now, which is pretty much the only way you will have a chance of getting a Ribbon. I also think that IF YOU HAVE a ribbon that you don't lose it if your are INACTIVE (haven't logged on in a couple of days) but if you are toxic. The whole system needs to be changed or made easier if it is to work. Players have no insensitive to honor others anymore so again, trying to earn Ribbons is very difficult.
