Rank Que Suggetions

Hello everyone. First off i would like as many people as possible to make comments,up vote, or post something similar to this so that riot may make it in some form of a reality.

That said i would also like to say that i am in low bronze elo and have never climbed anywhere higher than silver 4 for a time being.(i don't have a lot of free time)

Now I have just recently had a day off and then today have gotten home from work to play some matches around 6 or 7pm. The night or so before i had climbed into b2 in flex and was hopping for a decent night of gaming. Unsurprisingly i found many trolls and/or bad players because of either forced positioning, champ ban'd, or just didn't get along with some one. I feel that this is a common case in many people in my and higher elo matches. Would any one agree with that alone???

I find that if there is a troll in a match and he affects you that people just counter troll in hopes of a remake or a open mid. To be honest in harsh words. THAT IS A FUCKING SHAME!

Luckily I feel that i have a Idea for Riot to consider...

Make RANK QUE, any and all forms of it, required that your account shows that you have a LEVEL 5 MASTERY of a MINIMUM of 16 to 20 CHAMPIONS and a MINIMUM of 2 or 3 RUNE PAGES before you are even ALLOWED TO QUE IN ANY FORM OF RANK.

Further more a option in champ select that would allow if 4 player vote a person as a troll they are immediately unmatched and everyone is put back in a lobby with the reported person needing to wait a few min and message being sent to some one/thing some where to see if this person consistently causes problems. This is not a banning offense unless screened by both a computer and a actual employee of right with some degree of knowledge in basic game-play.

I think that one if not both of some form of these ideas could potentially help the community even if it affects me in a negative or positive way. I don't play a lot of different champs. a good hand full that are fairly flexible but more than likely under 20 that i would consider myself good enough in rank with. But when i want to learn a champ or have any kind of stupid or ignorant fun in game i take it to customs or norms.

This is suppose to be a TEAM game but if one person on that "TEAM" isn't trying or forced into a unfavorable role and is doing absolutely horrible that isn't FAIR or BALANCED in any way, shape or form. RANK is to show what you can do with a champion you have practiced on with a TEAM or a random group of 5 that are all decent in more than 1 lane and more than 1 champion. If people want to ONE TRICK PONY it there should be a separate que for them guaranteeing there champ but in any random lane.
