What is with this match making?

Enough is enough! What is going on here. Take a look at this match I was placed into:

My team: Top - Me Gold 4 Mid - Silver 1 JG - SILVER 4 Bot - Gold 3 Supp - Placement 2nd game...

Enemy Team: Top - Gold 3 Mid - Gold 4 JG - Gold 4 Bot - Gold 3 Supp - Gold 4

Just doing a little over under analysis. I will use E for enemy and M for my team for differentials.

Top - E+1 Mid - E+2 JG - E+5 Bot - Even Supp - Undefined

Even if my support was diamond 3 last season, the differential between the teams in using divisions as a measure is enemy team +8. This has been a growing trend. How is dynamic queue helping the health of ranked again? As the duo's and trio's of this game obviously through off the chance of any balance occurring.
