Do not revert the minion HP changes

I think the proposed changes of nerfing melee and caster gold in exchange for buffing cannon gold is definitely a great step in the right direction, as it will now emphasize zoning and harassing the enemy laner to deny cannon minion gold. No longer can mid laners die 3+ times, and still be near equal gold because they pressed 1 button from a thousand range away to instantly waveclear the entire wave every wave with absolutely no counterplay. I look forward to future balance changes like this that support aggressive play and reward game knowledge, not passive play and mindless afk waveclearing without any interaction.
