Hello everyone?
so I've been playing league for a couple of months now. I'm now level 22 and I'd say im starting to get good at the game.
The role I excel most at is AP assassins, I currently main Fizz and am a decent Katarina player. I was looking for a champ that is easy to learn, hard to master, has a good amount of burst damage and outplay capabilities? I was thinking of LeBlanc or Zed. Any reccomendations?

broken as hell, try her.
weak, requires skill to make her work, also w useless against smart players
strong, easy combo, hard to master positioning
strong when snowballing, weak-ish when behind. relies on doing well in lane. hard mechanics.

Diana I have played as both mid and jungler, loved her but not on my priority list now since a teammate plays her a lot.
Talon played against once, beat me up, Never saw again. Any specific reason for his non-popularity? is that even a word?
disregardable2 votesLeBlanc and Talon are generally considered undertuned for assassins. They're having a harder time than others. Plus LeBlanc is particularly hard to learn.
pripustas1 votesTalon requires experience. You can learn his mechanics in 10 games. But you still have to survive the laning phase against ranged champs, and he has no escape once he goes in. He's like a suicide bomber more often than not. If you look at champion.gg, Talon is at the top 10 of the win rates for mid lane in almost every patch. But his play rate is very small, which suggest, that he is being played by people who like him, and spend time on learning him.
Leblanc is strong, and has too much mobility. Her damage suffers because of that.
