Show each players primary and secondary picks while picking
So if each player knew that they didn't get their primary, you can switch with them.

Maby allow picking champs for primary and secondary during que would help. I hate it when I only have 40 seconds to pick a champ out of my 100+ options for jg. Yes 95% of those options are viable.
This would probably increase decision making time, but increases communication between your potential teammates to get the lane they wanted, at least for a couple of em maybe before game start.
