Question about teambuilder

So has it been 100% confirmed that they are removing teambuilder? Or is coming back once they figured out what they are doing with this new draft system? I find the new system to be nice, obvi. it has its faults but i have no issues with it staying. However, i was a pretty big fan of teambuilder when i wasnt playing ranked. Especially if i was trying to play a new champ. Dont necessarily see the reason for completely removing it.
