Overloaded Rocket Hand that has the hitbox of baron and stuns. A sprint that lasts way too long even with its speed downside. a knockup that scales and an ultimates that does High AOE and silences. Overloaded as fuck. I would like to lane without having to try and dodge an move that cant be dodged. Its a toxic champ that needs a rework AND a nerf after that just to be sure. Can't Believe such a toxic champion still exists...then again Yasuo and zed still run rampant so I am not holding out luck

that game must have tilted you..., next time build against him, do not build the most damaging boots, if you can not dodge his hooks build magic resist boots. that will A make him do less damage to you and B Less CC from him. their team had 3 hard CC abilities and 1 silence, there is a reason why Blitz is not played in high elo and it is because he is hard to play there
