Something has to be fixed

Simply put...Trolls play like garbage talk trash whole game and when they vote to surrender and you say yes! and end it because they are feeding and there is no hope of winning. Sure you tell your team they are bad and just ff but getting reported so many times because of trolls and now my QUE is 15 mins for a game..basically if someone is talking trash all game and feeding they can report you for saying they are a "BAD PLAYER" and you get the craptastic messages from RIOT telling you to chill out? GTFO Riot dont you have some balancing or re coloring of champs to do other than make players exp even sh*ttier?
